  I typically go to kubal on the hill but I stopped here on my way to run errands. The coffee tastes great. Unfortunately while we were there our order was somehow lost and never made until I brought it up to the attention of one of the baristas. We ended up waiting 10-15 minutes for our drinks in total. The staff are friendly, but it seems there might be a lack of communication at times.

  Pretty good coffee shop. It was kinda hard finding a table because 1. Not a ton of seating and 2. They were busy. Busy is a good sign. Their mocha was really good and I even bought their whole bean coffee for home; I've been happy with that purchase.

  Wow! A difference the location makes. This location doesn't "feel" any different from the downtown locations, but the service does make a huge difference. My first experience is in the Salina Street location, where the attendant went out of his way to remove the animal products from my baked sweet potato (I'm vegan). The soups I had there were all also good. When the manager didn't seem too interested in what I felt about the service, or food when it was better than I expected. I felt it was time to change locations, and went to the Eastwood cafe. On my first trip, I had a vegan soup, and the turmeric/ginger tea--a perfect lunch. I am deaf, and I speak. The female employee was interested in how my lunch was, and we signed to one another. The who experience was wonderful, I'll return.
