  Ordered food tonight from Onondaga Blvd in Syracuse, NY - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered food at 7:30 with an estimated delivery time of 8:40 - food did not show up until 9:25 pm. We called 4xs to check on our order and no one answered the phone, not once - I didn't even think it was coming. When it showed up it was ice cold AND an item (pasta) was missing. Driver offered to bring it back. We decided we didn't want it as it had been nearly 2 hours since we ordered and we called the store to remove the pasta and get a refund - to find out we couldn't. Not only would you not refund our money, but your MANAGER also refused to have the item YOU forgot delivered to us - So you STOLE FROM US as I have a charge on my credit card for food I did not receive. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN and will be calling my credit card company in the morning regarding your fraudulent charge to my card. Is this seriously how you do business? BTW - awesome choice in management.

  I have ordered from this location 17 times - they track the number on your receipts. I have had good pizzas that are always exactly as I order them, no matter how complex the order. I get very fast service except the one time when there was a blizzard and I was behind three other orders, and even then, I received an apology and a great warm pizza. The delivery folks and people at the register have always been friendly and sociable. I suggest ordering online to see the potential in each order and customize your pizza.

  If I could give 0 stars I would... they NEVER answer their phone, the last order the half the pizza was uncooked... most of employees have an attitude problem if you can avoid ordering from this location I would at all costs
