  Phoebe's is fantastic. We just dined here for New Years and really enjoyed ourselves. Warm bread was promptly brought out with butter after the waitress introduced herself. We ordered the blackened Brie which was excellent, recommend saving some bread for it. Next we had the daily soup, crab bisque - also excellent. For our entres we ordered the crab cake sandwich and the pan seared tofu. The crab cake was fine but the tofu was great. The main problem is that we ordered way too much food. Could have easily split an entre after bread, cheese, and soup. Oh well!
  
  The menu is a little pricey but it's definitely an upscale restaurant perfect for a date night. Lighting was a little too dim for my taste but it gives it that romantic feel. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Highly recommended!

  “Good. But no hurry to go back ”
  Food was good. Service was decent. Just a couple of things. My server asked if I wanted another soda, I told him no. A few minutes later he did bring me another but he also charged for it. So refills are not free. If I knew that I would have insisted on no more soda. Also have to watch the...

  We came for a coworker's going away dinner. Food was beyond fantastic. This was better than food I have gotten in cruise ships. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!

  Took the fiance out for lunch yesterday and we settled on Phoebe's. Just a heads up, parking is street only. First impressions, the place that was really unique... in a good way! We ordered lunch and our food came out promptly. They're french onion soup and Caesar salad was really good. Also, they make a really good mocha latte. Looking forward to going back for dinner and would definitely recommend this place to others for lunch.
