- 1 / 5By CR 7659I usually like their pizza but the service here has gone downhill. The last time we went here they lost one of our pizzas, it took them 15 minutes to figure it out, 5 to realize they had to make it again, and I basically stood there for half an hour and finally got the actual pizza a full hour after I'd initially placed the order. Then I got a "sorry about that" from the girl and complaints to the chain went without a response. So we haven't gone back.
