  We waited to be seated at 5:22 p.m. and we were told there would be a forty minute wait despite the restaurant being more than half empty. We immediately order our food and it wasn't until 7:16 p.m. that our food came. It took so long that I contemplated leaving to get something to eat while I waited for my food. After a two hour wait the food wasn't even good. This was the first and last time I will ever patronize this establishment.

  I've been coming here for years. Always a great breakfast, lunch or dinner but breakfast is definitely their specialty. The wait staff is always very friendly, and there is always an abundance of food served hot!

  Walked in around 6pm, and was looking to sit in a booth for dinner and drinks. The waitress said they were unavailable, and tried to seat us next to a family with children. The booths were completly empty and waitress tells us noone was " here to serve us at any booth" we walked out. They were willing to loose money, instead of seating a guest where they would be comfortable dining and spending money. Just a FYI Margaritaville, we spent $150 at another resturant. The worst customer service I've ever experienced here. And didn't even get to eat.
