- 1 / 5By Julie HoranWaited 45 minutes to get seated to eat, service was horrible. Five different people came to our table, asked twice for an item which they never brought out. Our server told us she had to leave for a break, that she said was mandatory for 30 minutes. Our medium burgers where well done hockey pucks, fries were cold. Never gave us plates with our appetizers, until they were already gone. Asked for separate checks. The server we had at that point told us, well she didn't separate them. Waited another 10 minutes to get separated checks while she chatted with a co worker. Then took the bill and instead of cashing us out went to another table to get there order. Won't be going back to Dave & Busters in Syracuse.February 16, 2017
