Ordered for Valentine's Day, it's now February 18th and the rude woman from reception (since the customer service line didn't answer 6 times over the last week) who took my order had the nerve to try and charge me for shipping even after I explained in detail the errors with the companies website and customer service number. No apology, no rush, no f*cks given. Never again. I should have saved the time and made the damn cookies myself.November 05, 2016
